Our cancellation policy is similar to the policies which are imposed by the service providers from the travel industry. If the client cancels the tour 30 days in advance (before the tour starts), then there are no payments to be made nor any cancellation fee will be charged from the client. However, in exceptional cases wherein the client is required to pay in advance for securing certain services, the payment and cancelation policy will differ from case to case. In such exceptional cases if the tour is cancelled by the client within 30 days of operation, then 50% cancellation fee can be charged from the client by the company. In such cases, depending on the funds the company can get back from the various vendors, the cancellation amount might be small. For any cancellation made by the client during the tour, the refunds would be according to the judgment of the company. Refund will be processed through NEFT within 10 working days.
